Alice Sprinkle Gray
Judge Alice Gray is Up for reelection in 2010 in Pulaski County, Ar.
She needs to lose that election. I wish that she could be forced out sooner than that she is a disgrace. She is not qualified to hear cases involving family matters in the least. She is a disgrace for this entire state.
Alice Gray is not fit to wear the robe, she is to insecure about her lack of knowledge and goes on a egotrip because of it. Ms. Gray needs to be returned to civilian life where she can not effect peoples lives. People like her are not fit for service to the community except as mail carriers on rural routes where contact with people is limited.
The closer to election day in 2010 the better. Ill write on here when i have something to say. I pray that she retires before then because the families of this state deserve better than this women.

I agree with your comments. She decided against my wife and I concerning our grandson. Even though he was placed back into a physically abusive household, she decided the best interests of my daughter outweigh the best interests of my grandson. In fact, she stated on the bench that she did not know the law for this particular case but she thinks.... Whoever said a judge is to interject their opinion into a ruling without applying it to the law. As a result, my grandson's life is in danger everyday. To top it off, if we want to appeal, the transcript will cost us $2000 and this does not include court and lawyers fees. I have be searching for someone to run against her. I would personally sacrifice my time to campaign for this person. I think there are more people who have been negatively effected by her decisions due to the ignorance of the law.

Alice Gray (Arkansas Circuit Court Judge) is incompetent to continue ruling over court cases. Fact: This judge awarded my son to a third party not even blood related in the event my ex-wife deploys on a military mission or dies, but never found me unfit as father. This clearly violates parenting rights, unconstituitional and unprecedented in the eyes of the law, and against landmark cases. Alice Gray remark was you need to demonstrate you want to be a father and come back in 5 years for a case review. Fact: My ex-wife abandoned the marriage and created a hostile environment but the Alice Gray stated, my visitations must be at her residence and supervised initially before the ex-wife...no can do on supervised visitations only prisoners get supervised. My life is at stake, and why would a common sense person go into a hostile environment or another party residence when already threaten by their ex spouse family members. Is this Judge that stupid and lacks common sense....people have lost their lives over child custody issues at one's residence. Alice Gray believes in this sort of method, and it clearly depicts her inability to rule fairly and equitable. I have many more facts to tell, and hopefully fathers, mothers and the good of people of Arkansas will wake up and have this incompetent Judge barred and removed from office and ever practicing law again. This Judge has a complex issue.
I agree with all other people on hear she should be in jail some where she need to be but off the stand "Im still fighting to go back home with my husbend an take my minor child with me she had me to have my minor back in the state so the minor child dad can have visit with the child she said after a year i should be able to go ; but it still mess with this judge i have been away from my new husbend since 10-31-08 i want to go home so my new baby can spend time with her dad an get to know him again we all need to get together an take this on tv an all over so the world can know what kid of person she is an we might can get help from someone higher {But she dont have a heart } she need to go ( I keep praying im going to go home very soon {
to Remove Judge Gray, with all your negatives comments, you have never given a reason as to why you feel that way. What has she done to you or can you site a specific incident that affects you.

Obviously You didn't read the comments on here and look at the stories. Alice Sprinkle Gray is a Horrible Judge and I am so glad I don't live in her Jurisdiction. If you need further proof about anything about her do a search on the her and the Arkansas Supreme Court cases and see how many times her rulings have been overturned!!!! The Lady is an Idiot.
The Women has a Nasty reputation for abuse of power also. Her reputation for contempt of court is legendary. One astute Lawyer used it to his advantage by having a TV crew on standby outside of court for when she tried to use the contempt powers as she always does. Please feel free to look it up. There are a ton of stories of this women and her outrageous behavior. It should not matter whom it is directed to. It is an injustice to us all when a nasty, mean, and vindictive little women with a penchant for abuse of her position is allowed to go unchecked.
Read these comments there are many more just like it. The running theme of all of them is the women does not even pretend to know the law or care.
As I'm sure your one of her supporters I'm sure you will not listen to this but you really need to DO SOME RESEARCH ON THE WOMEN. Just because you may know someone outside of court doesn't mean they deserve to be a judge.
She most definitely abuses her position as judge!!! In 2004 she gave my ex custody of our 4yr old daughter(my 1st child). He is 16 yrs older than me, illiterate,has no driver's license,no job,& is meaner than a junkyard dog. She gave me 2 weeks to steal a political plate from my place of employment that she wanted for her collection,& when I didn't produce it she gave him full custody. I got supervised visitation(not specified where) put on child support,and fired from my job!!! It took me years to figure out what happened to me. Apparently the judge & my employer had a vendetta I knew nothing about & because I worked there I got put in the middle of it. I lost my daughter because I wouldn't steal a piece of memorabilia for her collection. If that's not abuse of power I don't know what is! I was devastated. My daughter is 14yrs old now,in 9th grade. She isn't achieving well in school at all because her dad can't read or write, so as long as she does better than him she is doing well (in his mind) I can truly say she had an opportunity to change my life that day & change it she did. It has been a decade since that happened & only by the grace of God was I able to forgive her,my employer,the legal aide lawyer, & my ex. Vengeance is mine says the Lord,& He will repay! I didn't deserve what happened to me that day in that court room. It was unethical,an abuse of power, & she should be reprimanded for what she did.
